Ayhan Erciyas is Managing Director of EB Sener Consultancy Limited, which was co-founded in 2003 in Kyrenia North Cyprus. The Company has since developed into Ayhan Erciyas & Associates Ltd, and is an umbrella company for EB Sener Consultancy Limited, Black Rock Asset Management Limited, and Black Rock Finance Limited.

Ayhan initially started her career as Conveyancing Executive and has a wealth of expertise in Conveyancing, Property, Company Formation, and Investment. Alongside her team she deals with residential and commercial property clients, acting for both individuals and a number of prestige clients with large property portfolios held for development and investment purposes.

Ayhan and her team are proud to work in association with UK law firm Hugh Jones LLP, which was the first for any Company in the TRNC to offer simultaneous conveyancing services in the UK and TRNC.

As part of her 20-year vision, Ayhan has developed the Company to offer a number of services under the umbrella company of Ayhan Erciyas & Associates Ltd. Black Rock Asset Management Ltd, provides a Trust option for Clients as an alternative to property ownership when buying in North Cyprus. Ayhan has also obtained a finance license for Black Rock Asset Finance Limited and has become a market leader in assisting foreign clients to attain mortgages for their investments in North Cyprus.
